Clear Skin
Clear skin is important to everyone because it is the visible indication of healthy skin. A skin that is full of pimples, blackheads, blemishes and allergies is not a good sign and not a good sight for the individual him/herself.
Keeping a clear skin shouldn't be too difficult. But there are factors that can inhibit an individual to having one. One example is heredity- if it runs in the family. If your parents or siblings have acne, chances are you also have acne. But there are ways to cure acne and other skin problems.
Changing your skin type is not a possibility. But you can always make the most out of it by practicing proper skin care to have clearer skin than usual.
Avoiding foods that can cause allergies and pimples is also a way to do it. Sweets, fatty foods and too much carbohydrates have been reported to cause pimple or acne break-outs.
Too much sun exposure can dehydrate the skin. It is important to protect your skin from the sun's UV rays by using sunscreen or sun block.
